DRONE PERMISSIONS

POLICE NOC

FOREIGN ARTIST NOC
In cases where events or live performances are performed by Artists who are Not Citizens of Republic of India, A Special NOC From the Secretary of home department is required to allow for the performance of the foreign Artist
PWD NOC
State Public Works Department (PWD) | Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India.
FIRE NOC
According to the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, any person intending to hold construction/building of more than fifteen meters in height for business or commercial plans must apply for a fire no objection certificate to the Chief Fire Officer.

Any User who plays/exploits/utilises the songs sung by ISRA’s and its affiliated society members is required to obtain a Clearance from ISRA by paying the requisite Royalty to it as per prescribed Tariffs. Thus, whether they play Indian or International songs sung by Singer members, the User is required to pay the ISRA Royalties.
RMPL
Public Performance Licence for Events – One needs to obtain this Licence for playing of sound-recordings recordings in an event or stage or dance-floor or show or concert, etc.
